LuK RepSet DMF©

With the existing LuK RepSet© and the LuK RepSetPro© repair kits the new RepSet DMF© (dual mass flywheel) complements the trio. This new full-service solution includes all the components required for professional clutch repair. The contents of this all-round kit feature the clutch driven plate, clutch pressure plate, dual mass flywheel, release bearing or CSC, guide sleeve and the requisite screws to fasten the DMF to the crankshaft. A second version of the RepSet DMF© comprises the damped flywheel clutch (DFC), which is a pre-assembled unit incorporating the DMF, clutch disc and clutch pressure plate, as well as a conventional release bearing or hydraulic CSC.


Using this repair kit prevents potential problems arising from matching components sourced from different clutch parts manufacturers. In addition, the kit ensures that only parts which are carefully tuned to each other are installed together.


The RepSet DMF offers repairers the following advantages:

• Solution of technical problems known on some vehicle makes
